Young People at DB Muhazi TVET School plant 100 trees to protect the nature
As part of their routine, young people at Don Bosco Muhazi TVET School have planted 100 trees in the school yard as part of their participation in this year’s National Tree Planting Season.
Via the Don Bosco Muhazi TVET School-Friends of the Nature Club, young people planted fruits and non-fruits trees including lemons, avocados, mango trees, and Grevillea robusta species which will help in the protection of the environment.
They also dug the progressive terraces and cleaned the surroundings by collecting bags and plastics.
After the tree planting exercise, young people and the club management had a conversation about the importance of protecting the environment.
