This is one of the communities of the Salesians in the Africa of Great Lakes . We are located in Burundi. The community was established to approach the needy population, to preach and support the living conditions while at the same time advocating for the education of the growing number of the young people with special needs. Kagwema is a poverty-stricken area, there are not enough schools, no water many people are fed up with traditional farming, and finding a place to pray also requires a long distance. The establishment of this community is therefore one of the ways to end the loneliness of the area
