Muhazi: Educative community trained on the role of Don Bosco Pedagogy in the implementation of the ACTEC Project

As part of the ACTEC project, from September 21 to 23, 2022, Father Bavumiragiye Raymond, provincial vicar and director of Don Bosco Muhazi, offered training to the teachers and administrative staff of the Don Bosco Muhazi TVET school, to update their skills on the preventive system: Pedagogy of Don Bosco.

In this three-day workshop, the participants elaborated on different topics including the Preventive System with its pillars (pastoral charity, reason, religion and affection), the Pastoral Educational Community as a place for the preventive system and interactional dynamism between teacher-student and class.

Through an interactive session, they explored the interaction in the classroom, the effectiveness of the teacher in the classroom, the significant learning process of the student, the student subject and protagonist in the learning process among others.
