JUGEND EINE WELT SUPPORTS START UP TOOL KITS TO SOLAR AND ELECTRICAL GRADUATES AT DON BOSCO VOCATIONAL TRAINING CENTRE BOMBO-UGANDA

Jugend Eine Welt through the Planning and Development Office (PDO) has supported solar and electrical graduates at Don Bosco VTC Bombo with startup tool kits to enhance their entry into the labour market. A total of 30 graduates received tool kits officiated by Commissioner in charge of Education representing Minister for Education Buganda Kingdom Madam Deborah Zawedde and Madam Loy CEO Association of Sendea Uganda Ltd in the presence of  Fr. Cat Principal Don Bosco VTC Bombo plus representatives from USEA, UECCC and Mayor Bombo Town Council. This took place on 24TH September 2022 at Don Bosco VTC Bombo campus.

This is under the program Solar Skills Training and Environmental Education Program, a four years program from 2019 to 2022 being implemented in three Don Bosco TVET Centres in Uganda namely; Don Bosco VTC Bombo, Don Bosco VTC Palabek and St. Joseph VTC Kamuli.
