Don Bosco Muhazi Oratory Brings Joy, Culture and Hope to Community Celebration

Muhazi, Rwanda – What began as a joyful wedding celebration became an opportunity to inspire young people and strengthen community bonds as the Don Bosco Muhazi Oratory traditional dance troupe delivered a vibrant cultural performance during a wedding ceremony on Monday, August 3, 2026.

Dressed in colourful traditional attire and performing energetic Rwandan dances, the young dancers captivated guests, adding excitement and authenticity to the celebration of the newlyweds. Their performance quickly became one of the highlights of the event, with many guests applauding enthusiastically and some joining in the festive atmosphere.

Beyond entertaining the wedding guests, the performance carried a deeper purpose. It introduced many children and young people attending the ceremony to the vibrant activities of the Don Bosco Muhazi Oratory, encouraging them to become part of a community where they can grow spiritually, socially and culturally.
