Celebrating the Independence Day at Don Bosco Nursery and primary School Kira Mulawa.

On 9th October 2023, Uganda celebrated its 61st independence and the school took that opportunity not only to celebrate the independence but also to organize some games for the pupils to enjoy. The day started with mass celebrated by Fr Ssemakula Henry concelebrated by Fr Pascal Shauri and Fr Gaspard.

The mass was an opportunity to pray for the leaders of the country and for better governing policies. After a program of part y games for children followed. As a house of Don Bosco, the pupils enjoyed the games and all left the playground filled with Joy.

After the games a special meal was organized for them and then in the afternoon various matches of football netball basketball and volley were organized for them”.
