Empowering Graduates at Don Bosco Vocational Training Centre Bombo to Enter the Labour Market
On 31st January 2025, 10 graduates (6 Female & 4 Male) of Electrical Installation and Solar PV received Tool Kits to facilitate their entry into the labour market.
As the electrical and solar industry continues to evolve, its essential to equip the next generation of professionals with the necessary tools and skills to succeed.
AWEKONIMUNGU SONIA one of the beneficiaries noted that ‘’ she is now more confident to enter the labour market as an equipped technician’’. Beneficiaries extended their appreciation to our development partners Jugend Eine Welt for the support rendered to them through the scholarship program that enabled them complete their two-year course. They observed that they feel more prepared and equipped to tackle challenging tasks in the labour market and promised to use the tool kits effectively to make their future better.
The tools were handed over to the graduates by the Principal Fr. JEAN PIERRE in company of the Deputy Principal Mr. Ajena Amulam and their instructors. The graduates were encouraged to make the institution and entire Salesians of Don Bosco community proud.
