Don Bosco Muhazi TVET School Staff Equipped with Essential Skills in Recent Training
The staff at Don Bosco Muhazi TVET School have recently undergone a comprehensive training program aimed at equipping them with essential skills in budget preparation, inventory management, depreciation, TVET leadership, and the impact of effective TVET leadership.
The training, which was conducted by Mr. Felecien Dusabimana and Mr. Dominique Uwarugira, both from the Planning and Development Office, sought to better prepare the staff to handle financial matters and TVET management efficiently and effectively.
By providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge, the school hopes to improve overall performance and outcomes for both staff and students.
“We are grateful for the investment in our professional development,” said Jean Claude Ngendahayo, one staff member. “This training has given us the confidence and skills needed to excel in our roles and make a positive impact on the school community.” He added.
The training covered a range of topics, including budgeting techniques, inventory control methods, and strategies for effective leadership in a TVET setting. Participants also learned about the importance of maintaining accurate records and the role of depreciation in financial planning.
Overall, the training was well-received by staff members, who expressed their appreciation for the opportunity to learn and grow in their roles.
