AGL PDO Director calls for Teamwork
pdoThe Director of the Salesian Planning and Development Office (PDO) in Africa of Great Lakes Province (Rwanda, Burundi, Uganda), Father UFITAMAHORO Servilien has called for the teamwork spirit among all the province’s employees adding that this will highly contribute to the increased productivity among all staff.
The call was made on Tuesday, 16th August 2022 during a special meeting for all PDO staff in Kigali.
Father UFITAMAHORO says that where the world has reached today requires mutual support between employees to increase productivity and improve efficiency.
He believes that even if the PDO is asked to do more than the available means, the key is to be responsible for all the tasks that the organization has to do to meet expected results.
He recalled that the PDO is an important branch in the Salesian congregation because it is responsible for developing projects and finding all the support to enable the province in achieving its special mission, which is to promote education especially among low-income youth, evangelization. helping the needy and empowering Salesian centers wherever they are located in the Province.
