PDO celebrates International Labour Day with focus on teamwork and gratitude

The Planning and Development Office (PDO) on 1st May, 2024 marked International Labour Day with a special celebration at the Don Bosco Muhazi Recreation Centre. The event was attended by PDO staff members, along with Father Ufitamahoro Servilien, the PDO Director and Provincial Economer.

The day began with a holy mass in honor of St. Joseph Day, followed by a series of activities focused on promoting teamwork and gratitude in the workplace. Father Ufitamahoro emphasized the importance of working together as a team and recognizing the value of the opportunities that employees have.

In his address to the staff, Father Ufitamahoro encouraged everyone to cultivate a spirit of collaboration and unity in their work. He reminded them that by working together towards common goals, they can achieve greater success and make a positive impact on their community.

The celebration served as a reminder to the PDO team of the importance of coming together as a cohesive unit, supporting each other, and showing appreciation for the work that they do. As they continue their mission of planning and development, they are committed to fostering a culture of teamwork and gratitude in their workplace.
